The KT-630 Heavy Banner Fabric is a single sided direct printable textile banner fabric. The KT-630 is excellent for high-resolution images offering brilliant colors due to its special solution coated surface. It is the ideal solution for indoor signage, pole banners, banner stands and special promotions. It is compatible with a variety of printers such as HP, Mimaki JV-4, ENCAD, Mutoh, Roland, Seiko and similar platforms using water-based pigment, dye & oil based inks.

The KT-630 provides excellent water resistance effect with water-based dye/pigment inks, Oil-based inks and eco-solvent inks.

The KT-630 needs to be stored in a controlled environment, approximately 70°F (21°C) +/- 10°F and 60% RH +/- 5%, free from excessive dust and direct sunlight. If possible, store the material in its original packaging until you are ready to print. As with all materials used in digital printing avoid touching the imaging side excessively as it will degrade print performance.

When printing on the KT-630, we recommend using a "multi-pass" print quality mode in order to optimize print quality. For printers with heater settings, we recommend setting the printer to 40-50°C for both pre- & post-heat.

As with all inkjet media, we recommend that this product be calibrated for optimum quality during printing. Actual results can vary depending on proper ink limitation, printer/rip settings and color management used.
